Steve was incredibly kind and patient with us as he helped navigate our journey into first time home buying. Even though it took several months for us to be financially ready and to find “the one”, he never pushed us to make decisions more quickly for his benefit, but truly worked with us to find a home that was right for our needs. He was always available to communicate or meet in a timely manner and worked around our busy schedule. Once we were ready to purchase, Steve made what can be a very stressful process go smoothly and even got us into our new house on budget and ahead of schedule. We’ve been in our dream home for one year now thanks to Steve and still can’t believe it’s ours! I can’t imagine trusting such an important purchase with anyone else, and highly recommend Steve to everyone I know looking to buy or sell real estate.

We had a lot to sell in Chapin after deciding not to build. Steve went above and beyond to help us achieve this. He even made up fliers regarding the property and put them on the windshields of cars near the property at the lake. We had it listed before with zero success..Steve made it happen. He then walked us through the entire process. I have now used him to help my sister find a home and should be closing on that soon. I can't say enough good things about him and willing recommend him. He is trustworthy, honest and a pleasure to work with!
