I just completed a purchase with Steve Spiro as my real estate agent. He has been a great help to me. He is very professional, knowlegeable, responsive and communicates clearly, making the process a good smooth experience. A great agent to work with!

I had immediate Seller's remorse minutes after allowing Steve to convince me of accepting a lowball offer. I can go on for days about all the mistakes he made as my agent that ended up costing me a lot of money, but I just don't have time for that. Simply put, there's a reason he's a 1% commission agent, and even that's too expensive. He ended up essentially costing me an additional 4% due to his sloppy tactics. I wouldn't recommend Steve to anyone selling their property, and I certainly will not use him to sell any of my other properties. But if you do decide to use him to sell your property, please make sure to contact me. I will be the first of many to submit a lowball offer and I'm very sure he will get you to accept it.
