Steve reminds me of the character from "Jerry Maguire," played by Tom Cruise. Just recently, on June 13th, 2023, I sold a condominium for a record price in my subdivision. Several real estate agents had told me I'd never reach my asking price, as it was roughly $200K above the "market" price. However, Steve assessed the situation differently. Upon reviewing the comps and inspecting my fully renovated condo, complete with high-end finishes, he immediately recognized its premium value. He knew that selling this property required a buyer with an appreciation for luxurious quality, usually seen in homes priced at around $2M and above. Understanding this, Steve immediately targeted the property's marketing towards high-end buyers. These are the types of buyers who appreciate the difference between brands like Coach and Gucci. He began to create videos and photos that highlighted the luxurious features included with the condo. We only showed the property to potential buyers who understood what "high-end" truly means. The results came quickly. Within less than a week, we received an offer. We could have received multiple offers, but Steve didn't want to be the type of agent who undercuts and plays games with buyers or sellers. Instead, we took the best offer right away, closing the sale on schedule. So when you see Steve, you might think, "Show me the money," and for me, he really did.
