His knowledge of the neighborhoods - specifically Waterlefe is second to none as well as his knowledge of what I call the hidden items such as HOA's, CDD's and potential changes to both. He had an excellent history of the neighborhood and information about the club and amenities. We will use Steve again if the need arises.
