Steve helped us buy the very first home for us during this really challeging time of property market! He is very energetic and down-to-earth, always available and ready to help at any time - day, night and weekends!!! Actually, we were not the one with the highest offer for the house. However, Steve negotiated persistently to persuade the seller and his agent for us to finally purchase the house!! Even we've become friends after all! We will invite him and his family to our house to celebrate together once we move into the new house and settle in!
