Steve is a family man, and he makes you feel like family, too! He listens, he cares, and he never makes you feel rushed into anything. He truly has your best interests at heart, and it is evident that he won’t be happy unless you’re truly happy, as well. He makes himself available all hours of the day. He is honest, knowledgeable, experienced, kind, and patient. What more could you ask for in a realtor? Every time we walked a property, it felt like Steve was looking at the house as if HE were the potential buyer; he paid attention to every little detail and did not hesitate to point out any potential concerns to us; it was evident that he was not just in it for the money. He has been in the business a long time, so he knows exactly what to look for. We always knew we were being taking care of. Having Steve as our realtor meant the world to us; it was so comforting to know he was by our side while we were embarking on the biggest financial commitment of our lives. Steve helped me during a very trying time for my family. We had to sell my grandmothers home when she was sick and relocate her. I was from out of town and the house was in need of repairs. Steve helped set up contractors for those repairs and oversee them since I wasn't in town. He helped me navigate the mass amount of paperwork that went with not only with the house, but also the trustee paperwork to take care of everything. He was always available, patient, and kind.
