Steve is very knowledgeable and good at what he does, especially considering he is a long time resident of the area he serves. He goes the extra mile to educate and guide you. An example would be when he showed us his map that nicely pinpoints the different pockets of the city with which we were not familiar. He was also very reliable. For example, he was always readily available via email and phone and we were always able to reach him at all times of the day, 7 days/week. He really impressed us by always taking the extra step to get the job done. Another example is he provided us with referrals for bank lenders. Also for example, he walked us through the contract to ensure we understood each section thoroughly.
