Steve Santos

Steve is truly knowledgeable of College Station/Bryan. He is responsive to emails and phone calls. It is super easy to work with him. We are thankful to him for the house he found for us.

He was very responsive up until we paid our application fee. He lied to us about terms of the lease contract and told us clauses were changed that weren't. He then tried to pressure us into signing the lease quickly so we wouldn't notice that he lied about what was in the contract. We asked for a price reduction due to the change of terms and he told us we should be able to afford extra expenses. Extremely unprofessional, deceitful, and rude.
