Absolutely the Best! Seriously.

Sandra and Steve both recently helped us enormously as buyers' agents. I have partnered with them twice in the past as sellers' agents. I've bought and sold probably ten houses over my life, all over the country. There are simply no real estate professionals that provide as much value as Sandra and Steve. Sandra didn't just escort us around houses that we found on the web -- she listened to what my wife and I were interested in -- even when my wife and I disagreed :-) -- and found good candidate houses. She kept looking for houses as we refined our desired house type and location and she candidly advised us on matters of price, condition and potential resale market. After we decided which house we were interested in, Steve helped us to evaluate condition issues and find paths towards getting repairs as needed. In real estate, you meet a lot of "part-timers"; you meet people who mean well but don't have the experience, knowledge or confidence to truly advise.
