Steve was an excellent communicator and was thorough from start to finish. There were challenges to selling my home, and he always quickly moved to an options-and-resolution stage. He was also involved with the new home-building project, and provided feedback and follow-up support with the builder. He has a thoughtful and calm personality, and I enjoyed working with him.
