Very professional and fast! I highly recommend both realtors to anyone selling or buying property. The were there anytime I had a question or needed to see the home I eventually purchased.
Steve and Robyn were very responsive. If I needed information, no matter what time of day or evening, I received a reply. So, I would say communication was excellent. They live in Galveston so they were able to give me recommendations on electricians, locksmiths and insurance agents. This property purchase was negotiated during the Covid 19 pandemic but it didn’t slow them down at all. They were ready with extra masks, sanitizer and gloves for us. This was one of the fastest and most professional Realtor experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Steve and Robyn Shepheard if you plan on purchasing or selling a property in Galveston!
