Steve helped the reviewer sell this property

Steve is the best...reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, dogged; found a buyer, made process easy.

For years, Steve Richards (and Byron Kennedy) have kept my three French Quarter units rented with excellent tenants...always on the sidelines to help when needed. When it was time to sell, Steve came through even though the market was slow. There were some VCC repairs and other hurdles to jump before closing, but Steve's advice, expertise and rapport with the tight-knit French Quarter real estate community made the whole sale process smooth and easy. I always felt in good hands with Steve, he knows what he's doing.
