Steve Rich

Steve helped my Dad and I sell his home in Citrus Heights. Steve went above and beyond the call of service. I worked out of town during the week and only had the weekends to work on the place to spruce it up for sell. Steve came over several weekend to help with some of the tasks. Not just small stuff, but heavy duty-get sweaty stuff. When I didn't have time to paint the trim, he found us a painter, and when that job had some flaws that needed fixing his negotiating skills with the painter helped us get it fixed properly. He did a supper job with the on-line listing, and the open house. Then it was clear when negotiating with the buyer, that Steve was clearly a better negotiator than the buyer's realtor. Even after the house sold Steve drove over 150 miles round trip to visit with Dad and I and take us out to dinner. I can't imagine having a better realtor.
