Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the beginning of our introduction, we impressed by his kindness, flexibility and strong real estate knowledge. After working with a previous realtor and having no luck selling our home, we were introduced to Steve through a family friend. Everything Steve promised to do, he delivered and got our home sold in less than 40 days. Within hours of listing our home, he had multiple showings and several offers thereafter. Despite an CO issue, he worked diligently and established great relationships with everyone involved.
