Very understanding and patient until we found the house the one we really like it (took almost 3 month) but Steve handling the situation very kind and professional, also helping us to find the right contractor to do minor repair work.
Steve is incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with us to determine what would be a good fit for us. He is very professional, an excellent communicator and truly cares for the best interest of his clients. We have bought two homes from him already.
