We got to know Steve over several years living in Long Beach. He was our daughter's soccer coach. When we decided to sell our house we spoke to many people - friends, family, and other realtors. Our deal came together because of Steve's industry knowledge and connections to help close our contingent offer on our new house - we were able to close on both deals with in 2 days of each other. Additionally, he has continued to be a partner in helping us navigate the upgrades to our new house.
