Steve and his team have been incredible to work with. Steve was very patient with all of the criteria we had to buy a home and we never felt pressured to settle. Once we found a house we loved, the Beach Team was extremely on top of things to help with negotiations and make sure we got through escrow on time. We also love how involved Steve is in the community and how knowledgeable he is about the market in Long Beach. Even after the close of our house, Steve has been an awesome resource for us. He truly goes above and beyond! We'll definitely be going to him for all of our real estate needs in the future.
