About Steve

I grew up in the Midwest and worked as a Bank Loan Officer for many years providing financial advice and structuring loans so my customers/clients were able to purchase real estate and other needed products. I’m a proud father of 5 adult children and 2 grandchildren. When deciding to relocate to the southern states we wanted beautiful scenery, lower taxes, lake access, and still 4 seasons. We found Tellico Village’s paradise through mutual friends that moved here in 2023. After one visit here we bought and moved to Tellico Village shortly thereafter. I’ve been in the CUSTOMER SERVICE industry all my life. From my experiences with a strong work ethic, I made myself available to customers/clients daily. This will continue with assisting you, my new clients, in selling or buying real estate. I will be available to answer all your questions and if I don’t know the answer, I will by engaging with my new team at RE/MAX Excels in Tellico Village. When I’m not working, I spend my time doing yard work, and doing home improvements with my wife, walking our border collie, riding my motorcycle, and keeping up with family and grand kids. Our ultimate goal is to get back on the lake with boating and fishing as we did in the Midwest. Call or email me and I’ll take care of you.
