Stephen listed And sold my vacation rental. He said proper expectations, which I believe is first and foremost. We priced the home over what he recommended But it was negotiated down to exactly what he suggested in the first place. Stephen handled all the negotiations and was clear and concise with his communication. This was my second transaction with Stephen, I highly recommend him and will use him again.

My wife and I met Steve at a house in Clearwater Beach back in May. We knew pretty much what we were looking for in a vacation home. The house didn't turn out to be the one but Steve was confident that he could find us the house of our dreams. Steve never lost faith and after a search of about almost five months it happened. Steve called me one morning like he usually did at least once a week if not more and said I found it. It was a great house in St Pete beach. He said let's go see it. Unfortunately my wife and I couldn't get there for several days so Steve went on his own and face timed us from the house. He was right. This was the one. Two days later we got a chance to see it and he was right. After a little luck and a few negotiations it's now our new beach house. Steve was totally in tune with what we wanted and even got a head start in making it happen. I've dealt with many real estate professionals in my life but none like Steve. He's great at what he does ,he cares about people more importantly. Not only did we get a really nice beach house but I also got a good friend out of this experience.
He is very helpful and works above and beyond his work . Always there if you have a question. I will definitely get him as my realtor next time and will refer him to my family and friends.
