From my first communication with Steve over phone, I knew my wife and I were in good hands. His professional knowledge, educator mentality, and enthusiasm to set us up with our perfect home was unbelievable. Every time we saw houses, Steve was an educator. He taught us exactly what to look for in a quality home and made sure we were aware of anything that might be a problem for us as future owners. His top to bottom investigation of each home was as scrutinous and thorough as a detective. Steve ensured there would be no surprises once we purchased our home and educated us on the entire process so that we could be as informed as possible! Once we decided on a home, he continues to help us with any questions we have on upgrades or maintenance. Steve has gone as far as stopping by our home, taking measurements for, and pricing our options for a new door! Throughout this process Steve has given us a wonderful education on lawn care, home maintenance, plumbing systems, interior decoration ideas, and a plethora of varied topics... but what Steve has done more importantly than any of this is build a relationship with us. We feel educated and empowered as new homeowners, and I truly wish everyone has the opportunity to work with Steve or someone exactly like him!
