Steve was everything we were looking for in a realtor. Affable, Adaptable, Available. And that's just the As ;) Steve priced the house perfectly, and we had a solid offer within a week. We had mostly moved out of the house and out of state, and Steve took control of things for us, like fixing the roof, trimming the bushes, painting exposed timber. Steve also didn't push us to make changes we didn't want to make. We were prepared for the house to be on the market for 3-4 months, given the current economic situation, but we closed 28 days after going on the market. Steve smoothed out the expedited timeline for us, always stepping up and handling what we, out of state, couldn't handle. The entire process just seemed to magically fall into place, but that magic was Steve.
