Steve has become so much more than a realtor! He is a great friend now. He was there for us when we rented our first place as newlyweds. He helped us buy our first house 3 years later, and now has helped us buy/sell a home now. He's always been there for us and is excellent at what he does.
Steve has managed a rental property for me for 10 years or so. Always on top of everything. Kept me informed on all issues, good and bad. Very thorough. Plenty of service personnel to handle virtually every repair or remodel situation. When I was ready to sell the property I had him list it. Sold in three days. House was priced just above market. Got the asking price.
