Research has been a long slow process. Starting after the crash of 2008. Over the years I’ve met numerous real estate agents and each are similar. Out for themselves, either push you to buy something you don’t want, Spend more than you can afford or just not committed or involved. My general attitude towards agents was it one and 100 may be worth talking to. Then we met Steve. Steve was actually representing a house that we looked at and were surprised to find out that he was honest, cordial, professional and sincerely loves what he does. He was very informative yet not pushy and simply wanted a mutual satisfying experience between his seller and a buyer. My wife and I left thoroughly impressed by Steve. A couple of months later, we decided to contact Steve and arrange the meeting. Steve became our agent and was extremely committed educating us as well as representing us.
