The purchase of our new home went well because we had a great realtor.
Steve went above and beyond helping us in the purchase of our new home. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed on all procedures. He answered all my questions and concerns and many times took the initiative to get the answers before I even had to ask. We closed in 20 days and I am sure that happened because Steve Henrickson was our Realtor.
