Steve patiently showed us literally every house on the market that was in our range in both Va Bch and Norfolk. He advised us well regarding pluses and minuses for resale. He researched neighborhoods that we looked in that he was not familiar with. The agency backed Steve up well. The home inspector that he recommended did a very thorough job. Finally, Steve was an excellent negotiator.
