Steve was very flexible in his schedule and dedicated a lot of his time to make sure that I found the perfect house! He would send me daily listings that matched the criteria that I was looking for. Even when I saw listings, I would tell Steve and he would schedule them right away. Steve has a lot of market knowledge and that helped me in making decisions. He did not try to convince me to purchase a house just for the sake of it. He made sure to only show me houses that met my criteria. He is a very friendly guy and very professional in his work which is important to me. He taught me alot about real estate and helped me with the bidding process on several houses, until finally my bid was accepted. I was getting discouraged during the bidding process because I was being outbidded and Steve encouraged me to stay positive and keep looking and the right house will eventually come to me and that's exactly what happened! Steve assisted us with buying our existing home 11 years ago so we thought to give them a call again. He was great from beginning to end, he assisted us with ideas with the preparation of selling our home and was very upfront and honest about his ideas which was extremely helpful.
