When we decided to sell our income property, it was a no brainer for us to hire Steve. He is such a joy to work with. He made it SO EASY! He 100% met us where we were. My husband and I have very little experience in the world of real estate so I found it extremely comforting that he was willing and able to walk and talk us through everything until we felt comfortable enough to make important decisions. He was readily available for us throughout the whole process and I know Steve had our best interests at heart from start to finish. We can't say enough good things about Steve. We would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell a home (especially a lake home) to use him as your realtor. Originally we planned to use him only to purchase our home on the lake since we thought we could sell our home FSBO, but we ended up using him to list the home we were selling as well and ended up making a lot more money.
