Steve Eldridge is by far the most professional relator I have ever encountered. His in-depth knowledge of the local market was critical in pricing our home. Most importantly, he kept all communications with us and with the buyer's agent at a professional level even though the buyer's agent was difficult at times. Although Steve is polite and calm during negotiations, he is still tough in representing his client. He obtained the dollar figure we wanted in the time frame we needed.
