I decided in January to move to Florida from New York state. I searched on line, and found a condo I wanted more information on. Steve was the first Realtor to call. Later that month, I traveled to Florida and Steve took an afternoon for us to visit condos. None worked out, but he continued searching and sending me listings to review. Since my daughter lives in Florida, Steve was able to show her all of the condos I expressed interest in.I found that living in another state was not a negative, when working with Steve. Steve kept current on my list of needs and found condos that were appropriate. He was in constant communication. He returned all phone calls, answered all questions and gave his honest opinion on the properties I showed interest in. It took three months to find the property that I'm currently living in. Steve's help was invaluable in getting me through the entire process. He was there during the property inspection, negotiated repairs, ensured all repairs, emailed HOA and bank papers. If you are buying a home and live out-of-state, I highly recommend Steve. He is thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure I found the best home and location for me.

I identified a condo I wanted to see and called Steve who was listed as a contact agent. He set up 5 condos similar for me to look at. None worked out but, after seeing those condos and talking with me about what I wanted, he spent that evening working through 80-90 listings from which he identified two that were promising. The first one was good, the second one was perfect. He then expedited the purchase process with the listing agent and the title company, keeping me informed at every stage, sending paperwork via e-mail for me to sign and turnaround, and being responsive to my phone calls--day, evening, weekday, or weekend. He is a pleasant, hard working, and knowledgeable realtor. I am very satisfied with the work he did and am happy to recommend him.

We initially started looking online, when we found a house in Florida "shopping" from Detroit, Steve had the highest rating of the agents associated with that listing. He responded extremely promptly and helped us identify what we were looking for and in what areas of Tampa. We had specific requirements and we received updated listings of houses we could choose from. They were selling very quickly so we went down for 3 days and Steve arranged showings of 25 homes (we wanted to see "everything") in 3 days. The last day we tweaked the requirements to be also houses less than 10 years old and the magic house appeared. It was the last one we looked at and made an offer from Detroit. Everything happened very quickly and smoothly and Steve managed all the "Florida unique" surveys and certificates required. We just returned from a week upgrading the house and we are very happy with our purchase. Wish he could facilitate the home we have for sale here!
