Steve came right out, took great pictures, and provided guidance on a fair price in the current market climate. And when we thanked him profusely for going beyond the call of duty he would say “It’s what I do!” Steve was also instrumental in helping us set up our new accounts and orchestrating utility installations that were necessary in our absence. He actually went, in-person, to those involved and got the information we needed to make our decisions. On closing day Steve drove ahead of us to lead us to the various offices we needed to do business with in our new city. He even gave us some really good advice on the sale of one of our current homes in another city that he was not representing. He said, do this because “you don’t want to leave money on the table.” We took that advise and the result netted us tens of thousands of additional dollars in the sales contract we just received.
