Steve was the realtor for my parents. He was great at explaining to my parents every option they had for buying a house before they sold their old house. He was very honest with them and did everything he could to get them the best price. My parents were anxious about selling their house that they owned for 37 years. Steve walked the whole house and gave us pointers that would help sell their house for the most money. My parents did what he suggested and they sold their house in 24 hours. My family could not have asked for a better realtor to help my older parents make such a smooth transition between homes.
