Before I hired Steve to sell my house, I asked him to stop by as I wanted to understand his style. I needed a realtor that would clearly lay out the selling process and timeline, would allow me to ask questions and listen to my point of view. After our discussion, I compared him to another realtor and decided to hire Steve was going to sell my home. Steve knows the market well. He considered recent sales in the neighborhood plus the general area. He priced my house higher than I expected. As a female selling a house, he listened to my thoughts, questions and comments.
