Steve Collins

My husband and I were first time home buyers and we could not have asked for a better agent. We started out just looking on our own but then Steve was recommended and we thought well it couldn't hurt. We are so thankful we decided to go with Steve as he was so knowledgeable on every aspect. We leaned on him a lot throughout the process as we had no clue what we were doing. He always explained all of our options and then would explain how each option could play out. He also answered all of our questions genuinely and never made us feel like we had too many or that they were silly questions. And we did have lots of questions as well as lots of delayed questions as we knew nothing about the home buying industry. He is easy to get a hold of and always returned messages or phone calls same day. He is also very personable which made the experience even better. My husband and I truly felt like we have a new friend. I would recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Although we feel that this is our forever home, if we ever were to decide to sell our new home we would use Steve again without a second thought.
