This is the 2nd house Steve has helped us purchase. We return to Steve because of his professionalism, experience, and great rapport that he can quickly build with the seller's agent. We've gone through a couple of bids, and Steve helped us gain as much insight about the seller's motivations as possible during the process. I would definitely recommend Steve for buyer's agent, regardless if you are a first time buyer or an experienced buyer.

My wife and I got in touch with Steve through a friend's referral and are very glad we did so. Steve was extremely meticulous in explaining the ins and outs of first-time home buying as well as the bay area real estate market. During open houses, Steve had a great eye for details about the quality of construction/renovations, neighborhood, potential maintenance costs down the road and other such details that helped us make informed decisions about whether or not to go ahead with an offer. While putting together an offer, Steve helped us understand the home inspection report and disclosures. For the homes we put offers on, Steve's estimates of the sale price and offer numbers were generally spot on. That said, he never forced his estimates on us but let us make our own decisions. He was very empathetic when we put offers on a couple of homes but missed out on them. He would always follow up with messages showing that he genuinely cared about us. Moreover, it was a close contact of Steve that helped us through our loan and mortgage. We are really glad to have received such personal attention through a stressful process. Overall, in a few months, Steve has gone from being an acquaintance to a good friend that we hope to keep in touch with for years to come!

My husband and I sold our home in Berryessa in May of 2020 during the COVID-19 shelter in place with Steve as our realtor. Steve is meticulous at gathering requirements, understanding what I as a buyer was looking for. After two outings he really zeroed in on what we wanted to buy. Along the way we would see a house we liked, but he would ask questions that really showed he understood us, like "Are you ok with the kids rooms being on a different floor than the master bedroom?" or "Does this have an adequate space for your home office?". Reminding us of what we had told him was important. He helped us find a great financing option, recommended trusted vendors and even getting us discounts over walk ins. His job is done, but he's still helping us with his network of trusted contacts. I am very happy with Steve's commitment and level of service.

I'm not even a customer of Steve but I feel the need to write this review. I contacted him for a listing I'm interested in, I didn't follow through due to some personal issues. He always keep my issue in mind and generously provides his expertise and knowledge as well as never forget to connect me to people who could help me. I'm not even his buyer yet he's already this attentive and knowledgable, I couldn't imagine being his actual customer. I definitely recommend Steve, especially for international buyer.
