Steve went over and above the norm to help us find the right home. He was there for us every step of the way. If you are looking for a realtor who not only has market knowledge but also can point out details about a home you might overlook, Steve is that person! His personal integrity made us feel we were in good hands. Highly recommend!!
Wonderful experience from beginning to end, always patient with us and honest and went to bat to make sure all of our needs were met, and that everything was handled professionally. This is the second home we have bought with Steve and we would never use anyone else!! Always a pleasure!!
Steve is one of the best people I've ever met, and he's been incredible to my family. We've used him to both buy and sell, twice. He's a trusted agent, he's a wonderful person, and he has always done what is best for my family. He's so knowledgeable, he goes above and beyond, he's full of integrity and I always recommend people to use him.
Steve is the ultimate real estate professional. He has worked with us for over 20 years first in purchasing our home and then several rental income properties. Thorough, knowledgeable, and knows how to close a deal.
Steve did an outstanding job ascertaining our complex requirements and translating it into a highly productive search. We were able to critically examine homes due to his in depth knowledge and we valued his candid advice. We settled on the perfect home and Steve guided us to a fair offer for all parties.
Steve is awesome to work with! He has integrity and is very knowledgeable about the home market in the greater Denver area. He took the time to understand our needs and expectations while searching for and ultimately buying our new home. He was available to answer our questions.
