After multiple showings, different cities, and counties. We have found our lots that will work for us! The process can be overwhelming especially for those who do not specialize in the industry. But that's what you go with people like Steve who knows what he's doing. The land purchasing and process can be quite different than your standard prebuilt home etc! With that said Steve had great recommendations on who to use and how to move forward with the process. Having multiple questions; Steve met us with answers every time. After phone calls to make sure we understood everything, a few trips to the property we could not be happier with our experience.
