Steve helped the reviewer sell this property

I've known Steve since childhood and was reconnected through a mutual friend

I've known Steve since childhood and was reconnected through a mutual friend. My siblings and myself lost a sister in October 2020. We found ourselves needing to sell a mutually owned property. Steve was very understanding and helpful through the whole process. He was patient with the long timeline it took to ready the property for sale. He also provided numberous referrals when requested, answered a million questions and always communicated in a timely manner. He also works with an excellent title company that made the multi-onwership/multi-state sale close without a hitch. I personally recommend his services...Stephen Scott
