Amazing in every way possible!!!

Losing my father in late November was one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through, and navigating everything from New York made it even more overwhelming. I’m incredibly grateful for Steve and Dawn, who truly went above and beyond every step of the way. From arranging cleaners and junk removal to get the house market-ready, to providing honest, knowledgeable insight on pricing, Steve made the entire process feel manageable. He regularly checked on the house to ensure it stayed safe and secure, which gave me so much peace of mind being so far away. We did hit a roadblock with my father’s solar lease since my mother wasn’t listed, but Steve and Dawn handled it with persistence and constant communication. They kept both me and the buyer informed throughout, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. While selling my childhood home was emotional, I’m now settling into my home in New York and looking forward to making new memories.
