I recently had an opportunity to be involved in a 1031 Exchange sale for the first time, for a family trust of which I am a Trustee. Steve helped me find an income producing property to meet the qualifications of the Exchange. We looked at several potential properties and decided on the one that might meet our needs. Steve researched the history of the property, contacted an inspector, kept me informed of the progress of the negotiations, and ultimately finalized the contract.
