The experience could not have been better. I recently had an opportunity to be involved in my first 1031 Exchange sale for a family trust of which I am a Trustee. In fact, this was my first venture into the investment /rental property arena. Steve helped me find an income producing property to meet the qualifications of the Exchange. We looked at several potential properties and decided on the one that would meet our needs. Steve researched the history of the property, contacted an inspector, kept me informed of the progress of the negotiations, and ultimately finalized the contract.
