Steve Brandt

I first met Steve when he was working for another agency in the fall of "2010" I owned a home at that time that was under water due to a bad downturn in the markets, my life was moving in a different direction and I needed to purchase a second home and rent out the one I still owned,  from the moment Steve and I started working together I truly got a sense of genuine interest of my needs from him, Steve did not look at the dollar amount that I had to work with at the time as a benchmark for attention to my needs he diligently showed my Wife and myself 25+ homes always willing to answer text or calls at any hour of the day until we finally found what we where looking for, we closed on a beautiful home in the the spring of "2011".   Steve also took the time to lead me down the right path in regards to being a new landlord which I found to be truly helpful, this was just Steve's way of always going above and beyond.  Shortly after we closed on our new home Steve set out on his own and created "Xsell Realty"  and  with the help of social media I was delighted to watch this professional Excel the Great Heights, I truly believe he deserves it!  In May "2019" I was in need of Steve's expertise once again this time to sell off the rental that had finally bounced back and man was I ready to wash my hands of it, Steve's demeanor I found was still that of the person I met many years ago and I can truly say he is a great example of a leader,  Steve was more the eager to help me put  this chapter of my life to an end, Steve and his team had my rental sold in under a week from the day we put it on the market!! I couldn't be happier and I feel that Steve genuinely shared in this moment with me knowing my struggle.  In close, I look forward to working with Steve again in the future and I recommend that if anyone is in need of a great realtor Steve at  "Xsell realty" is truly your best option.  Sincerely
