Steve is a great realtor he is equiped with great negotiaton skills. He managed to persuade the buying process very skillfully and in a timely manner. He is very knowlegable of the field. I was very happy with the whole process of buying a home with a realtor of this apptitude.
I was a first time home buyer and had no clue about the home buying process. But Mr. Bhalla made the whole process very easy and pleasant (as you know it's not easy to buy a house, especially in Bay Area). He helped me and my fiancé buy a place we could call "HOME". Initially, we were feeling discouraged due to several obstacles we had in our way of buying this house, but Steve kept on encouraging us from time to time and was with us at every step. Believe the reviews. Steve is a great realtor. I was a first time buyer, while my husband and my mother had purchased homes before. Steve answered my many questions and soothed my first timer anxieties. He answered their more sophisticated queries as well. A bad experience with a previous realtor had made us all a little wary, but Steve's regular communication, savvy, and negotiating skill quickly affirmed that he was truly working on our behalf. The whole experience was so positive that we were motivated to write a review.

Well we decided to buy our first house and actually the first house we saw we really liked it but we were not optimistic that we will be able to buy it.
