There is so much to say about how Steve was as a realtor - but the results of our experience speak for themselves: Our offer on the first house we moved on was accepted, and we beat out a cash offer that was higher than ours. While I can't speak to how often this occurs, I CAN say that there is no way we would have ended up in our new home without Steve.
