We were recommended to Steve by a neighbor. His expertise and keen understanding of our situation as well as the area was superb. We were particularly impressed that he brought in an in- home stager, not once but twice, both times at his expense. Like Steve, she was fantastic. Our house sold in just 2 days!! At very close to our asking price! Kudos to Steve and his staff, who made what could have been a very stressful experience quite the opposite. Whatever bumps were in the road, he was there to make it smooth! We would absolutely recommend Steve Baumgartner.
