Steve Aragon

We met Steve Aragon in 2004 through a fiend who referred him to us for the purchase of our first home. As first time home buyers at that time, we did not know what to expect. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions throughout the process. Steve showed us multiple homes until we found the one we loved. Because of this great experience with Steve, we contacted him in January 2022 to sale this first home of 17 years. From the first day we told Steve we wanted to put our home on the market, his service was exceptional. We were able to get multiple offers within a couple of days of the house hitting the market and sold our home within our desired timeline. Steve is very personable and makes every effort to make his clients happy. During the process of selling, Steve also helped us with the process of purchasing a new home which is the home of our dreams. He was always available and he continuously kept us updated. We will continue to use Steve for any future real estate needs and refer him to all of our family and friends. Don’t know that we could of experienced this type of extraordinary service or found our current dream home without Steve.

I was first contacted by Steve when I showed some interest for an ad on Zillow. As first time buyers, both my wife and I were somewhat reluctant to start discussing buying a home. We just didn't think we were ready. Steve was so patient! He talked with me on the phone for over 30 minutes during our first conversation and outlined all of our options. He wasn't pushy. He was just extremely informational and after this initial conversation, told us to reach out when we were ready. Surprisingly enough, he kept his word and awaited us to call him so we didn't feel pressured into something we didn't feel ready for. Because of the information he provided us, we were able to come to a decision on our own to buy a home. We then reached out to Steve to start helping us find our first home. From day one, Steve continued to give us plenty information and was very accessible via phone or text. As some can imagine, buying a home is a very stressful ordeal because of the random things that are not in your control. Steve, however, made the entire ordeal much less stressful because of his calm demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond what we would have expected from an agent. We just recently closed on our first house and got it for a fantastic price! We will definitely be using Steve in the future!

Steve has been so amazing for mine and my husbands first home buying experience. He has gone above and beyond to help us get exactly where we need to be before we buy. He has been extremely patient while we fix our credit but remains to keep in touch and make sure we know what is out on the market. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy.
