I interviewed multiple agents. I selected Steve and Lisa Haussler for several reasons: they were the most prepared (by far), they had the most detailed plan for marketing my unique home and they had an excellent track record. I am very happy to say that I made the absolute best choice. Steve and Lisa are wonderful people. They truly care about their clients. They are honest, hardworking and incredibly ethical. They are also exceptional agents. They managed to generate so much interest that a bidding war among 14 offers led to my home selling for over $100,000 above the list price.
