I call Steve the Answer Man because he answers our calls promptly, answers our questions thoughtfully and answers our concerns with sound advice. Even though we found him randomly on the internet, we connected immediately. He toured us through a few places in Roseville, and then showed us Lincoln which really impressed us. Although we were not ready to buy at the time, Steve didn’t forget about us throughout the 6 months it took to sell our house in another city. When we were ready, he guided us through the arduous and sometimes confusing task of buying our retirement home. It had been 20 years since we conducted any real estate transactions, so we were a little rusty on the procedures. When our old house finally sold, the buyers wanted a quick close so we only had a 10-day window to find a home or we would have to put our belongings in storage and live in motels for who knows how long. Steve was confident he could help us find the right place and when a home popped up one morning, he was right there a few hours later, helping us negotiate an offer! Even after the sale and move in, Steve is here for us. He is an excellent real estate agent.

Steve helped me sell my condo in Rocklin.
