Steve and Ida helped the reviewer sell this property

Steve and Ida are to be commended for their professionalism and honesty

Steve and Ida are to be commended for their professionalism and honesty. They were truly breath of fresh air after an earlier (less than satisfactory) experience with a different realtor.

My wife and I were in the process of liquidating her deceased father's estate and we had listed the house with a different agent. The house stayed on the market for over a year and we received little help or guidance from that realtor. We only heard from him a few times and it was only after we called him. He seemed put-out whenever we asked questions.

We re-listed the house with Steve and Ida and were immediately impressed with their high energy and sound marketing strategy. They offered reasonable suggestions to help improve the appearance of the house and surrounding property.

Steve and Ida quickly brought an offer to the table and they helped us through the tedious negotiations process. They helped us deal with the "buyers" agent and they always kept our interests as their priority. Once we sucessfully finished the negotiations, Steve and Ida helped us maneuver throught the various inspections and readily prepared us for the settlement process. My wife and I asked a hundred questions and they answered each one fully and with much patience.

My wife and I have recommended Steve and Ida to our friends & family, and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Thank You Steve and Ida,

Gary & Dottie.
