Steve's knowledge of the area and the residents was invaluable!

We recently sold our lot on near McCall with Steve Jone's help. He came highly recommended and he did not disappoint! He was very knowledgable about the area, utilities, market trends and growth. His communication with us was excellent and timely. We appreciated his candid thoughts and advice in our conversations, which always proved to be correct. We felt like we knew him like a trusted friend. We don't live in the area, so our trust in his professionalism was met and he exceeded our expectations. He handled all the negotiations and final paperwork exceptionally well. We appreciated his help with everything! Thank you to Steve & Cindy Jones!
