They did a great job of taking beautiful pictures and getting our listing ready for early spring showing - just before everyone and their dog decided to put their vacation home on the market. So market timing was great. Helped us keep the deal moving even as the sellers had issues with their financing - which took way more time than expected. Patiently keeping everyone on track and dealing with a complex negotiation as we requested renting the back house from the new owners for the summer. They represented both sides of the deal - which they did very professionally and fairly. Always focused on the making a fair deal and ensuring full understanding of the terms and conditions and implications. They know the Valley county market very well and did a great job with comps and how our property compared to the other listings.
